Exams are finally over!
I felt that since my exams are officially over today, the least that I can do is post a proper blog post on time. And now, at 11.47pm, after an evening of drinking and just enjoying the company of friends, I come home to write this blog post.
Welcome to the me after IB! I must admit that I do still feel weird that IB is over. There's no sudden excitement, but rather still the expectation of having an exam to do tomorrow. However reality always conquers the subconsciousness of the mind and tomorrow I am completely free to do whatever I want, whenever I want, for the first time in two and a half years.
However, unlike what many would expect, education stops but learning has just begun. I have a stack of books that I have yet to read, and it saddens me a little that the day is not long enough to accommodate having time to read them. I will read them tomorrow, but after exercising all the flab away.
Once again, as typical of the post-exam tradition, I usually give my blogs a makeover, and I plan to add more content from my poetry analysis blog in addition to this one. I do hope that by adding more content for the poetry analysis I am able to keep my brain aware, at least in the literature sense. But for now I'm just going to take some time off to rest, relax and enjoy a few days of peace before I get my life back in order.
Today marks a very special day, and very soon big changes will be coming into my life in the weeks that follow. For once in my life I'm just going to let my mind run free, and these improvements should come automatically, as such is the way I work.
